Q: How much is shipping going to cost me anyway?

A: All shipments to North American addresses are $12.95 Canadian no matter the weight and number of packages.

For Jackets and Shirts Chest Size in Inches: XS (29"-33"), S (33"-37"), M (37"-41"),
L (41"-45"), XL (45"-49"), 2XL (49"-53"), 3XL (53"-57")

PAYMENT

Q: What payment methods are you accepting?

A: At the moment we use the credit card processing company Paypal (real easy to use and setup), Money Order, Personal Cheques, and Cash (send at your own risk). Please NO Western Union, Cheques.

ORDERING

Q: Are there any other ways to order from you other than using Paypal?

A: Yes. You can e-mail us your order as long as the list you send us is to the point and easy to read. In other words please put down the entire name of the item and any other relevent info. Include your address and contact info for quickest service.

Q: Why dont you have more size choice in the surplus clothing?

A: Allot of the time the surplus market only has certain sizes available for certain items. Its rare we get allot of XL sizes and above, but if you would like contact us about getting some XL sizes and we will put you on a contact list. We will get ahold of you when XL sizes come to us and before we put them on the web site.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We find it saves everybody concerned a huge headache if we make all sales final. As such, please be sure of what you are buying. Of course, if your order arrives and you find it is defective we can surely work something out.

SHIPPING and HANDLING (S/H)

Q: How much is shipping going to cost me anyway?

A: We charge an average shipping charge for each item in stock. This fee is subject to change. For International shipping outside of North America an additional fee will be charged for shipping. Please wait for a grand total before sending payment if you are located outside the USA and Canada.

Q: How long will be order take to get to me?

A: If we have the items you ordered on hand we can get them shipped to you upon payment between 1-3 weeks. If we have to order some or all of your order from suppliers expect shipment between 3-6 weeks.

Q: How is the shipping of my order handled?

A: We take the upmost care when shipping your orders. We have had extensive experience in shipping goods to all over the world due to our sideline ebay business under the id name of expoblue.

Q: Why is it that sometimes my orders take longer to get to me than others?

A: Most of the items we list on our website are in stock at our store, and as such we can ship those as soon as payment is recieved. Other items will have to be ordered from our suppliers and we may have to wait awhile to fill your order.

CONDITION

Q: As far as the used surplus stuff goes, what kind of condition can I expect?

A: Typically, we sell the best possible quality we can and price will reflect the overall condition. We dont sell anything with holes, stains or other major problems, but clothing for example will have signs of wear as would any used surplus item.
